Pace Prints is relocating its gallery to a newly renovated 7,500 square foot ground floor location at 536 West 22nd Street in the Chelsea gallery district. The long-time gallery space was originally developed by Sonnabend Gallery, and most recently occupied by Lehman Maupin Gallery.

Susan Penzner and Nathan Stange of SUSAN PENZNER Real Estate represented the owner of the ground floor condominium in the long-term lease.
