Swimwear Brand making a Splash

Susan Penzner Real Estate announced that New York-based swimwear brand Solid and Striped has relocated from its offices in the Garment District, signing a sublease at a former gallery in West Chelsea.
The approximately 2,000rsf upper floor space at 529 West 20th Street will be home to Solid and Striped’s design studio and showroom. Susan Penzner and Thomas Mahl, of Susan Penzner Real Estate, represented both the sublandlord and the subtenant.
