The German kitchen manufacturer leased the 4,000 SF corner of Wooster and Houston.  The move brought Bulthaup from an upper-floor showroom on Broadway to the prominent corner on Soho’s best design block. SPRE represented ownership in the lease and in the subsequent investment sale of the property.
